Yes. Samples are non-refundable and may be used as production guides.
How long does a project usually take from start to finish?
Typically, the whole process including design, sample mockup, production and delivery would take 10 to 12 weeks.
Do you provide eco-friendly or sustainable fabrics options?
Yes. We provide recycled polyester from post production waste, Lyocell from bamboo pulp and more.
What is your average reorder lead time?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on time and size of order.
